Ryan spent 20 years in education, as a teacher, principal, and school district leader. He loved working with kids, but always felt like he wasn't doing enough to tackle the biggest problems that hold people back. No problem gets in the way of people's dreams like not having access to water.
Ryan spent years exploring why water utilities fail and what it takes to turn them around. Clearwater is the result—a company built to get clean, reliable, affordable water to every home and business, starting in Accra.
